i can conclude and summary about the course of human resources information
system (HRIS) is interesting course for me. It is because HRIS is information
system that deal with human capital. Before this, i have notice that human
capital only paper-based system but now i am recognised it is related with
information system too. For example in performance management system. There is
online appraisal that can managers evaluate their employees. This system can
save cost and time of organisation. Besides, e-recruiting also new for me. I
learnt that as a job seeker we can apply the job through online. This system
sometimes can worth for them if they cannot attend for real interview because
of excuses. So that, they can apply through it easily. Furthermore, for web
based self service, the employer and employee can refer to their personal
details and works in websites easily with private document.
